# About SolidLizard Lending

### What is SolidLizard Lending?

**SolidLizard Lending** takes a leading position as the advanced **peer-to-peer Money Market** at the heart of the **Arbitrum ecosystem**. With a steadfast dedication to institutional-grade quality, enhanced composability, and robust security, our primary goal is to create a dynamic money market that offers profitable lending opportunities, affordable borrowing options, automated market making (AMM), and self-administration tools for digital assets.

With a strong focus on adaptability, **SolidLizard Lending** serves as a central component of the **SolidLizard Ecosystem**. In the future, we are targetting to offer products utilizing its liquidity across various protocols. This enables the implementation of **cutting-edge strategies** that prioritize **long-term user revenue maximization** while maintaining a **high level of safety**.

### Why Arbitrum?

**SolidLizard Lending**'s decision to deploy on **Arbitrum** is driven by compelling factors. Arbitrum boasts a substantial Total Value Locked (TVL), ensuring a stable and liquid lending environment for our users. This reflects the blockchain's reliability and investor confidence.

Arbitrum's active and engaged community is another key asset. The collaborative ecosystem not only fosters innovation but also ensures ongoing support and development, aligning seamlessly with SolidLizard Lending's commitment to user experience.

Arbitrum's future is promising with its innovative **Layer 2 scaling** solution. This, coupled with ongoing developments, positions it as a leading player in the blockchain space. SolidLizard Lending aims to capitalize on this momentum, offering a sustainable and cutting-edge lending experience for users.

In summary, Arbitrum's high TVL, engaged community, and promising future, combined with scalability, cost-efficiency, EVM compatibility, and robust security, make it the optimal blockchain for any decentralized application.

### Launch Schedule

Below is the rollout schedule (subject to slight updates before launch):

* April 2nd: The **SolidLizard Lending Dapp is officially launched**, with all systems fully operational. Users can engage in **lending and borrowing in a permissionless environment**

### Future expansion

Following our deployment on Arbitrum, **SolidLizard Lending** is poised to embark on a multi-chain expedition, extending our reach across various blockchain ecosystems. While **Arbitrum** serves as our initial stronghold, primed to reap the benefits of our **forthcoming innovations**, we're also eyeing other **promising blockchains** for potential expansion. Whether it's exploring **new chains** with high Total Value Locked (TVL), **engaging in grant programs**, **forging partnerships with protocols**, or any other avenue of opportunity, we're committed to leveraging our expertise to deliver maximum value to the community.

Our ultimate objective is to establish ourselves as a leading lending platform within the DeFi landscape, offering **a comprehensive Automated Market Maker** (AMM) experience where users can seamlessly borrow and lend blue-chip assets within **a secure and permissionless environment**.
